We have a 60 day return policy on hair analysis kits purchased through this website. If you change your mind about using the hair analysis, please request a refund at [email protected]. We will refund the full amount of the purchase through the payment method you used upon checkout.
Please Note: Once we submit your hair sample to the laboratory Trace Elements, Inc., we are unable to offer any refunds.
The products that are recommended on our website have been independently studied and tested both by us and by various health care professionals. All the products featured on this website are available through our secure shopping cart.

If you purchase any of our products and change your mind about using them for any reason within 30 days, and have not opened or used them, simply return unopened product along with a copy of your original invoice. We will issue you a prompt refund of your original purchase price (minus any shipping and handling charges).*
